1. Who sends messages
WholeDesk is a software platform operated by AH Solutions Pty Ltd. Customer organisations may use the platform to send communications connected with their own services and business relationships.
The message should identify the relevant organisation or service context. The customer organisation is responsible for the recipients it selects and the content it approves. AH Solutions Pty Ltd provides the controlled technology used to prepare, send and record those communications.
2. Messages you may receive
Messages sent through WholeDesk may include:
- appointment confirmations, reminders and changes;
- technician arrival or attendance updates;
- job, service, project or approval updates;
- requests for information required to complete work;
- safety, access or operational notices; and
- responses to an enquiry or support request.
Message frequency varies according to the work or service involved. WholeDesk is not intended for indiscriminate bulk messaging.
3. Consent and recipient authority
Before sending a message, the sender must have the recipient’s valid contact details and a lawful basis or appropriate consent for that communication. Consent must be informed, specific enough for the intended message and recorded where required.
A mobile number must not be added to a campaign or reused for unrelated marketing merely because it was provided for a service visit, quotation or other operational purpose. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services unless messaging is genuinely necessary to deliver the requested service and the recipient is clearly informed.
4. Opt out and help
To stop SMS messages, reply STOP.
For assistance, reply HELP or email chris@wholedesk.com.au. A recipient may also contact the organisation identified in the message.
Opt-out requests must be respected promptly. A confirmation message may be sent after an opt-out. Essential one-to-one messages may still be sent where required by law, safety obligations or to complete a communication specifically requested by the recipient.
Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s mobile plan.
5. Prohibited messaging
WholeDesk must not be used for messages that are unlawful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, exploitative, unsolicited or designed to evade carrier or regulatory controls. Prohibited content includes phishing, malware, illegal products, false impersonation and attempts to conceal the true sender.
AH Solutions Pty Ltd may investigate complaints, suspend messaging access, preserve relevant records or work with providers and authorities where reasonably necessary.
6. Delivery, records and privacy
Message delivery relies on telecommunications providers and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery events may be recorded to support troubleshooting, operational history, consent management, security and compliance.
Personal information associated with messaging is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Customers must limit message content to what is relevant and avoid including sensitive information unless the channel and circumstances are appropriate.
7. Questions or complaints
To ask about a WholeDesk message or report unwanted communication, email chris@wholedesk.com.au. Include the sender name, receiving number and approximate date of the message, but do not send passwords or identity documents.
